Monument Crisis Center is a “family resource center that provides food, education, and referrals to individuals, families, children, and seniors in need, no matter your legal status.” They are based in Concord and looking to ease the lives of our peers in the area. Many of the people they serve are recent immigrants from Latin America. High school students can help by sorting and distributing donated food or by working as a weekly tutor with a younger student.
